OVERVIEW
Vision
Currently, radio hosts at a popular network of radio stations in Seattle use a live text messaging platform that is unorganized, impersonal, and frustrating to use. This technology hinders radio hosts from achieving their desired goal of building personal relationships with their listeners through the show, social media, and in-person events. Addressing this issue, INTUNE is a centralized social media, messaging, and calling system that allows radio hosts to connect with their listeners on a personal level and meet the specific needs of its users.

Context
This project was completed over the course of nine weeks as part of an undergraduate course on User-Centered Design at the University of Washington in the Winter of 2018. We selected radio hosts as our user group because we wanted to explore a profession we were unfamiliar with. In the process, we discovered that there has been little previous UX research and design conducted in the realm of radio broadcasting. To tackle this challenge, we went through the following research, design, and prototyping phases to create a solution for our unique user group.

Hi? I'm Zoe. I'm a junior at the University of Washington studying Human Centered Design and Engineering. The first High School Musical is clearly the best because it wasn't trying to be anything but itself.
Hi! I'm Maya. I'm a sophomore at the University of Washington studying Human Centered Design and Engineering. The second High School Musical has the best music, but the first one will always be the best.
